1. Service Description

a777.lt provides a URL shortening service that creates shortened versions of long URLs. The service includes basic click analytics for free users and advanced analytics for paid subscribers.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use a777.lt to shorten URLs that link to illegal content, malware, phishing sites, spam, or any content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to disable any short link that violates these terms without notice.

3. Customer Secret Keys

Each user receives a unique customer secret key upon creating their first link. This key provides access to analytics for all links created with it. You are responsible for keeping your key secure. We cannot recover lost keys.

4. Data Collection

We collect click data including timestamps, referrer URLs, browser and OS information, device type, and approximate geographic location for analytics purposes. We do not sell this data to third parties. No personal data is stored for free users beyond the customer secret key and IP addresses for rate limiting.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Links may be removed if they violate our terms or if the service is discontinued.

6. Limitation of Liability

a777.lt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or link removal.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
