Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Pricing

Dashboard access is available as a one-time payment: €5.99 for 1 year or €8.99 for 2 years. An optional custom secret phrase is available for an additional €1.99. All prices include applicable taxes.

2. Payment Methods

We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through these third-party providers. We do not store your payment card details.

3. What You Get

Paid access includes: aggregated analytics dashboard for all your links, advanced filtering, detailed browser/OS/device/country breakdowns, hourly distribution, bot detection, and export in JSON, CSV, XML, and XLSX formats. Access is valid for the duration of your chosen plan.

4. Access Duration

Your dashboard access begins immediately upon successful payment and expires after the purchased period (1 or 2 years). There is no automatic renewal — you will need to purchase a new plan when your access expires.

5. Paid Customer Data

Paid customers must provide a valid email address. This email is used for delivering your access key and for communication about your account. We do not share your email with third parties.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests should be sent to our contact form. After 14 days, refunds are not available.

7. Custom Secret Phrase

The custom secret phrase is an additional feature (€1.99) that provides an easier-to-remember way to access your dashboard. It must be at least 12 characters and contain at least one capital letter, one number, and one URL-friendly special character.

8. Link Binding

Links can be added to your paid dashboard if they are not already bound to another paid account. Analytics for newly bound links are tracked from the moment of binding, not retroactively.
